Job Description
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
- prepare the monthly, Mid-year, and end of the year P&L reports.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups
- Coordinates the preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting
- Budget preparation, business case studies.
- Prepare and review the budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
- Verifying, Collecting, posting, Reconciling Accounts Receivable & accounts payable.
- Manages the day to day transactions that include assurance of proper documentation flow and proper accounting treatments are in place.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
- Analyzing financial information & summarizing financial status.
- Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
- Design and implement costing structure including analysis, reporting, and recommendation.
- Assistance with Project, Monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Assist with cash flow projections.
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Manage a timely accounting close for the retail operating units.
- Review and prepare monthly roll forwards of balance sheet accounts to explain movements and reconcile accounts.
- Review and prepare commission and other operational accruals to assure timely accounting and reporting of the retail site operations
Job Details:
- 9 working hours per day including 1 hour break.
- Friday's are off.
Job Requirements
- Previous Experience in Food industry is a plus.
- English Commerce Bachelor’s degree is a must.
- ERP Experience is a must.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles.
