Job Description
What you will be doing/working on:
- Understand product specifications from business and market perspective
- Have a good understanding of user psychology
- Work on personas through user research and data
- Create user flows & user journey mapping
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
- Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
- Increase user friendliness in digital products
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
- Use available customer data to make informed design decisions
- Collaborate with products team and other teams to ensure quality of the designs
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven work experience as a UX/UI designer, web designer or a similar role
- Portfolio of completed design projects
- Knowledge of web and app design and differences between them
- Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Proficient in UX/UI design software: Adobe InDesign (figma is a plus)
- Knowledge of other research, wireframing and prototyping tools
- Familiarity with interaction design and interactive elements handover for implementation
- Designing logical and easily navigable information architectures
- Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
- Attention to visual details
- Ability to stick to the visual identity and layout of a previously started projects
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to ideate, work responsibly and independently and suggest new approaches and ideas
- BSc degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field
