Job Description
- You will be accountable for business growth, company market share and revenue increases
- You will lead and coordinate all Inside Sales activities in the area-of-control
- You will set quota and goals, and develop tactics to generate new sales
- You will provide input to the team on overall sales strategy, cost optimization, and disciplined process management (pipeline review, asset management, demo sales achievement, etc.)
- You will manage and plan the Inside Sales budget
- You will ensure high customer and employee satisfaction
- You will work closely with BU’s to localize WW campaigns and help increase revenue and productivity
- You will align with Telemarketing organization and ensure successful follow up on leads (own sub-region and hub infrastructure)
- Work with Sales Operations to drive process improvement and compliance
Job Requirements
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- You may hold a Master's or advanced degree in related field. You have experience in overall operations management and customer/sales interaction experience at an advanced level experience.
- You have experience in Sales Management ideally in B2B Inside Sales in technology business in a fast-paced company
- You have the ability to plan, prioritize, organize and communicate/sell effectively
- You have proven people manager abilities, strong talent development and coaching skills
- You have excellent collaboration, negotiation/influencing skills in a diverse, complex and dynamic environment
