Job Description
- Prepare a design brief.
- Manage the preparation of concept design starting from scratch.
- Provide Engineering /Architectural Solutions to achieve project development goals & objectives.
- Manage and provide technical value to the appointed Engineering Consultants for project design phase.
- Coordinate with the commercial team regarding the marketing material and commercial requirements.
- Making his sketches and mood boards virtual real using 3D programs.
- Confirming the solutions designed in the working Stage.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering.
- Ability to create new concept ideas.
- Experience with Real Estate developer in the same position for at least 5 years.
- Experience in Architectural Design, design coordination, and management of design phases from the concept till completion of tendering documents.
- Very good Portfolio.
- Highly creative, excellent freehand sketch.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Professional user of programs: AutoCAD/ /Revit /3D Max/ V ray.
- Knowledgeable with local codes & practices.
