Job Description
- Controlling Group Treasury Functions in conformity with audit requirement and Group objectives, ensuring standardization & economic efficiency in all activities, setting related policies and procedures.
- Controlling Cash management , Actual & projections to support liquidity management .
- Controlling International trade operation (L/C’s Import / Export & CAD, under (UCP, ISBP , URC).
- Controlling Local / International trade Securities (L/G’s, Counter Guarantees, Standby letter of credit).
- Manage Banking & leasing facilities, Negotiate new Banking credit facilities, cost of finance & credit lines restructuring according to operation requirements.
- Risk management evaluation, Controlling Forex & Hedging Transactions (Currency, Interest)
- Group Financial Analysis and new business opportunities
- Croup Credit control activities .
- Streamlined the company’s borrowing and succeeded in substantially reducing the Financial costs and enhancing the cash flow.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field strongly preferred
- From 10 to 12 years of experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good level of English
- FMCG experience is a must
- Alexandria Resident is a must
