Job Description
- Directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
- Implementing the sales strategies plans & Generating leads.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support, Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules Supervise sales representatives.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Visiting potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services and do double visits with sales representative whenever required.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree at least.
- 5 to 8 years of experiance ( Lab Division ).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
