Job Description
- Conduct random visits to the accounts to check the shelf share and products availability.
- Prepare sales forecasts and PSI Reports for the assigned accounts.
- Expand relationships and bringing in new accounts.
- Negotiate contract terms with key accounts and recommend any changes to the Organized
- Retail manager/ Channel Sales manager.
- Collaborate with vendors, logistics & marketing team, and other stakeholders from other departments to ensure the client needs are met.
- Coordinate with the Finance department to establish credit & payment transfers.
- Resolve key client issues and complaints.
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product
- Submit daily reports for his direct manager including the market news, latest competitor promotions and the due amounts for the accounts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales.
- Relevant industry experience is a plus.
- Professional selling skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good Microsoft office skills.
