Job Description
Performance Management :
- Assist in the following:
- Ensure that performance management is standardized.
- Ensure that all employees are informed of and trained in the application of the performance management model and system.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report results.
Policies and Procedures :
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all applicable policies and procedures and close all audit findings within established deadlines.
- Provide ongoing support to the staff team on human resources-related matters, policies, and procedures.
Employment:
- Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle for the departments to include,
- but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and
- onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and
- requests.
- Performs job descriptions to heads of departments to select a good choice for an open position and guide existing employees in fulfilling their work obligations.
- Informs job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Prepares paperwork required to place the employee on payroll and establishes
- personnel file.
- Prepares, develops, and implements procedures and policies on staff
- recruitment.
Communication:
- Provide guidance, support, and counseling to management and staff regarding HR / Personnel issues.
- Provides advice and assistance in developing human resource plans.
- Ensure employees' satisfaction, motivation/engagement, and achieve a high level of employees retention.
- Ensures security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly reports upon request.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
- 4 - 7 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Individuals will interact with both the HR Manager, along TP’s respective departments.
