Job Description

  • Prepare all polices for purchasing & warehouse
  • Approve all purchase order & all notice of P.O.
  • Prepare market study analysis & price analysis for all supplies & determine delivery system
  • Review purchase order process & insure availability of all material & supplies
  • Review all contracts with suppliers to insure & conformity with hospital polices
  • Development department process either for purchasing or warehouse
  • Insure availability of all mater & supplies for all hospital departments
  • Share in defining the hospital’s mission
  • Participates in developing and implementing a hospital wide quality improvement and patient safety program
  • Determines and plans the services to be provided by the hospital that are consistent with the hospital’s mission and needs of the patients served by the hospital
  • Creating the policies and procedures necessary to carry out the services provided
  • Ensures that policies and procedures are followed
  • Defines the number and type of personnel needed on a case specific basis
  • Defining the necessary qualifications required of the staff
  • Assess, request and following up the needful of the department from the equipment and instruments
  • Planning, organizing, directing and observing all activities and services of the department and leading the departmental meetings
  • Determination and evaluation of contracted services that are needed to be available in the hospital according to the hospital mission and scope of services
  • Arranging the staff schedule of the department
  • Share in hospital committees
  • Holds regular meeting with the department staff to ensure that they all work together to coordinate the provision of service
  • Evaluating the performance of the department staff and suggest the recommendations
  • Provides data and information on the quality of its services to stakeholders
  • Participates in developing and implementing a hospital wide quality improvement and patient safety program
  • ensures effective communication throughout the hospital
  • Pays attention to the accuracy and timeliness of information shared and communicated throughout the hospital

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of Medicine or Pharmacy.
  • Preferred MBA holder.
  • Gender: Male or Female.
  • Health care or hospitals experience is a must.
