Job Description
- Distribute and dispatch the Orders according to the geographical areas considering the time of the request for the purpose of dispatching orders quickly and efficiently..
- Ensure that minimum number of orders are given to service companies before the end of each day.
- Record the time of delivery of the order to the representative of service companies or to the drivers of Spinneys and determine the target of return according to the imports (target for the trip) and record the time of return.
- Enters orders in Excel sheet for the purpose of maintaining orderly record of orders and tracking status of order for both of Spinneys drivers or service company drivers.
- Generates various documents using Microsoft Office programs for the purpose of maintaining current, accurate information.
- Monitors the riders’ location and movement “ Good user for GPS”
- Contacts drivers manager to report any issue with a certain driver if needed.
- Handles delayed delivery.
- Ensure, even randomly, that the representatives and drivers sign the order delivery form.
