Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the healthcare and health tech sectors.
- Define target market segments, conduct market research, and leverage customer insights to inform marketing plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing objectives with overall business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and marketing agencies to leverage their expertise and achieve optimal marketing outcomes.
- Ensure effective collaboration and seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across different channels and platforms.
- Oversee the implementation of digital marketing strategies, including media buying, social media and Google ads, copywriting, website management, growth hacking, and social media moderation.
- Optimize the company's online presence, including website management, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to enhance results.
- Develop and maintain a compelling brand image and messaging that resonates with our target audience in the healthcare and health tech sectors.
- Create engaging copy and content for various marketing materials, such as websites, social media, emails, webinars, and thought leadership pieces.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists to enhance brand visibility and achieve marketing objectives.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on marketing KPIs, achievements, and future initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in healthcare, health tech, B2B software, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields is required.
- Proven experience in managing multiple vendors, partners, and marketing agencies to achieve optimal results and drive business growth.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in digital marketing, advertising, branding, and communications.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies in the healthcare or health-tech sectors.
- Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and measuring marketing ROI.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market trends and customer needs.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing different vendors, partners, and marketing agencies.
- A master's degree or continued education in marketing is preferable.
- A strong understanding of the healthcare industry in the US market is a plus.
