Job Description

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from clients via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about Talaat Mostafa Group's properties, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers in understanding the company's offerings and guide them through the process of purchasing or leasing properties.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues, documenting interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales agents and other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Schedule property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company’s listings, services, and real estate market trends.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 0-2 years in customer service, call center, or related field; experience in real estate is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Active listening skills with the ability to understand client needs.
    • Ability to stay organized, multitask, and handle high volumes of calls or messages.
    • Familiarity with CRM or call center software is beneficial.
    • Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork orientation.
