Job Description
● Developing marketing strategies for new products ,Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing.
● Leading and training a team of Marketing Associates.
● Build strategic relationships and partner with agencies and vendors.
● Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies..
● Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team. ,Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
● Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies ,Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
● Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
● Ensures effective control of marketing results and implements corrective actions take place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
● Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
● Recommends Changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.
● Conducts marketing surveys on current and new project concepts.
● Prepare marketing activity reports.
Job Requirements
● MSc/BSc Degree In Marketing Or Related Field.
● Excellent English Is a MUST.
● Experience In Real Estate Is a MUST (At Least 5 Years)
● Multitasking, and decision-making skills.
● Professional Presentation And Communication Skills.
● Analytical Thinking Creativity.
● Owns A Car.
