Job Description
- Responsible for the implementation in the various company’s projects within the planned schedule & budget.
- Perform Orientation sessions describing functional & non-functional requirements for project different teams’ members.
- The analysis of the business processes may lead to changing these processes.
- Writes Requirements Documents and gets customer approval.
- Works with the customer’s Key Users to ensure full understanding of the implications to the current business processes.
- Conduct acceptance testing and to train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics application.
- Ensure that project deliverable with the highest level of professionalism and quality completed on time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas (Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Computer Science or Engineering).
- 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Experience in ERP products application/implementation Is Preferred.
- The good conduct of English language (written and spoken).
- Adhere to company processes & policies.
- Should participate in every aspect of the implementation from analyzing the customer’s business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer’s needs.
- Team worker with team spirt.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good communication Skills.
- Very Good of using of all Microsoft programs (Outlook, power-point, word, excel …etc).
- Eager to learn.
- Multi-tasking.
