Yodawy is searching for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist to join our fast growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Become an active member of our Customer Success team
- Manage incoming orders and flagged cases
- Read doctors prescriptions
- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and service
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
- From 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy or pharmacy call center
- Deep understanding of medication brands, active ingredients and alternatives
- Strong command of English
- Promptness, reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining best professional practices in service, efficiency, and innovation
- Full time job, Working from office.
