Job Description
- Maintain professional relationship between all internal departments as well as supply chain.
- Collect the design/order details from the design/purchasing departments.
- Prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion.
- Break down the order sheet and prepare the time and action plan.
- Prepare the order costing and price quoting.
- Collect target prices for every and each item.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers, plan budget, and set best prices to maximize profits
- Set up internal order list.
- Monitor the garments sample process according to the design/tech team’s requirement.
- Collect garments’ fabric, accessories & trims.
- Check the updated inventory status before purchasing piece goods, in order to avoid purchasing excess materials.
- Get lab dips / hand-looms to ensure buyer approval.
- Make sure productions follow up. To maintain product quality with the quality team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree .
- (5–7) years of experience in Production exp.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Good Command of English language skills.
- Multi-tasking
