Job Brief:

You should have a strong grasp of current growth marketing strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role is primarily focused on digital performance marketing. You should be highly analytical and very comfortable with numbers and cohort analysis. Facebook and Google’s advertising platform should be second nature to you, with a proven track record of planning and executing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Research target personas, critical attributes, communication preferences, knowledge fountains, and identify requirements for touchpoints on all stages of the buyer journey.
  • Develop and implement processes for marketing automation including but not limited to evaluating channels, workflows, martech stack, backlogs, CRM and content needs.
  • Develop effective strategies for all potential marketing channels including blogging, email, social media, etc. to identify areas for growth and laggers for improvement.
  • Formulate a live dashboard tracking metrics and KPIs associated with all initiatives, projects, tools, and systems for 360-degree insights on all activities and performance. 
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including organic and paid marketing
  • Execute campaigns on Facebook, Linkedin and Google’s advertising platforms
  • Conduct keyword analysis and mapping
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Optimize ads and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Job Requirements

Must Haves:

  • High analytical and process-driven with the ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically; quick with numbers and an overall math genius
  • 2-4 years of experience in Growth Marketing Manager (or related) position
  • Demonstrable and successful record in growing an engaged user/customer base
  • In-depth knowledge of key analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
  • Experience running and managing A/B testing and other conversion optimization methods
  • Excellent knowledge in user acquisition trends and techniques.
