Product Manager

About Role:  

Rizek is looking for a Product Manager who will take the responsibility in Product Life Cycle: Building Road-map,  gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely  with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The  Product Manager ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. 

This role is based out in Egypt who will be working towards to build & scale within Egypt market. The role reports  to the technology team based in UAE (RIZEK Headquarters) and work closely with the technical team there.  

Job Description: 

• Own the Product Strategy and sketch the product roadmap. 
• Accountable for the success of delivery; owns the entire product backlog and delivery activities, this  includes grooming development teams, responding to queries of the development team promptly. • Benchmark product feature set vs US, EU and India teams to adapt their features, tailoring as needed for  MENA, and partner with them for collective innovation 
• Ideate & define the journeys of various modules of the system.  
• Work the development team at each sprint and removes any roadblocks to enhance their performance. • Ensures that products are delivered within the timelines agreed. 
• Ensures stories are “ready” before the sprint start, matching definition of ready and having clear  acceptance criteria. 
• Manages and prioritizes the product backlog along with the stakeholders which matches organization vision. 
• Work closely with Product Design team and reviews visual designs developed them. • Reviews test cases written by QA team. 
• Stays abreast with market trends and new technologies in the domain, researches and conducts  comparative analysis with competitors to recommend best practices. 
• Drive capabilities based on insights through Design Thinking and other User-Centered Design  frameworks
