Job Description
- Searches for candidates using approved recruitment sources.
- Provide the induction program for new employees to prepare them for working conditions.
- Coordinate the implementation of the approved internal training plan in coordination with the specialized trainers within the sites.
- Follow up the attendance and departure of the site’s employees and register (vacations - patients…) on the human resources program.
- Receiving the documents related to the workers' requests (medical approvals - advances.....) and sending them to the administration for a response.
- Follow up on the expiry dates of work contracts to renew them with employees.
- Reviewing the employment data on the human resources management program to ensure that it is correct and updated.
- Prepare notices of dismissal for employees according to the period of absence to complete the dismissal procedures.
- develops the cultural awareness of the workers, which helps to develop the behaviour of the workers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience 2– 4 years.
- Males only.
- Good skill in using MS office.
- Super Active Person.
- Problem Solving.
- Certificate in Personnel is preferred.
