Job Description
- Approve of registering clients’ data on system.
- Approve of registering clients’ receipts.
- Approve of generating clients invoices on system.
- Approve of sending all clients checks to bank.
- Approve of registering & tracking all clients’ checks.
- Review of controlling & applying remittance for under collected checks on system.
- Review of all clients recalculation during the contracts (assignments, Semi-finished, referral, penalties, delivery, etc…)
- Review of preparing clients’ balances updating on daily basis.
- Review of preparing clients’ statements.
- Review of preparing retrieval letters.
- Review of monthly reconciliations for postponed & under collections checks.
- Review of registering monthly receivable entries.
- Review of registering quarterly revenue entries.
- Review of preparing refunded checks.
- Responsible for controlling & tracking rejected checks, outstanding & penalties with the credit control team.
- Responsible for preparing A/R reports monthly and quarterly.
- Coordinating with the auditors in preparation of schedules, supporting documents and all relevant analysis related to the accounts.
- Assist in preparation of quarterly and yearly financial statements
Job Requirements
- Real estate background is preferred
- Advanced Excel
- Follow up.
- Oracle user
- High communication skills
- Self confidence
- Very Good command in English language.
- Presentable and motivating character
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines competently
