Job Description
- Create innovative digital design solutions and UI systems.
- Create design/interaction guidelines and libraries that can be applied across iOS, Android, and web solutions.
- Improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate the interaction ideas using any of these methods.
- Participate in ideation sessions: team ideation, customer co-creation.
- Produce design documentation and create expected deliverables: visual guides and style, visual design concepts, wireframes, visual mock-ups, clickable prototypes, interface guidelines.
- Constantly monitor top design trends and user-interface best practices to enrich the user interface of a product or a solution.
- Collaborate with other designers within the team or the chapter in an agile way to solve design challenges and ensure a level of design consistency and coherence across the digital channel.
- COMPETENCIES:
- Experience in working in an Agile environment.
- Understanding of interdependence between customer needs, business expectations, and technical requirements and ability to drive a reasoned discussion on this subject.
- Experience with different supports: Web(Desktop mobile), Native (Mobile + Tablet)
- Nice to have Mastery of at least one set of tools covering high-fidelity wireframing, visual design, and clickable prototyping (ex Figma, Sketch+Invisionfor Mac, Adobe XD for Windows).
- Nice to have an advanced level of visual design skills and understanding of front-end.
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in Arabic and English.
Job Requirements
- 3+ Years’ Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Solid understanding of the current trends, design patterns, and user psychology.
