Job Description

General purpose:

Manage the key strategies and objectives of Human Resources in terms of resourcing/recruitment, performance management, development/ training, career path, pay/compensation/benefits, staff retention, communication, employee’s motivation, and employees’ relations / rules.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Develop and update HR policies, procedures & forms (HR manual) and ensure the awareness of these policies by all departments.
  • Develop a resourcing (selection, recruitment, and staff retention) strategy, process, and procedures. It should include job analysis, job design and manpower planning. This will support company to have the best calibers in the market based on company requirements in an effective and efficient way.
  • Develop a motivation system for the company staff in order to energize their capabilities.
  • Design; manage the organization's compensation package system (pay, salaries matrix, compensation, and other benefits) in order to motivate employees, promote environment, and help in maintaining staff.
  • Develop in coordination with the Management team the performance management system. It should include job description, goals/ objectives/ key performance indicators and review performance via appraisals for each department and person in the organization. This will enable company to empower each one and achieve the desired outcomes that matched with its priorities and directions.
  • Establish career path plan for all areas of business in coordination with the department heads. This will support the session plan for the critical positions and to ensure the smooth of business running
  • Identify the development/training plan for each one of employees in coordination with the management team based on career path & appraisal report set per Departments. This will help to improve the employees’ competences as well as to increase their moral and motivation. This will results in improving the business performance results.
  • Update organization structure and announce to staff any organizational change in coordination with the management team. This will enable company to clear understanding of each area in terms of functions and smooth the business running and achieve the company targets.
  • Handle all issues belonging to the governmental requirements such as labor laws, social insurance, and employment contracts. Also, ensure that all employees' documentation and legal requirements are complete & updated.
  • Manage to develop the staff of his / her department in terms of HR activities and improve performance
  • Deliver the evaluation / appraisal reports of the staff according to HR Department policies.
  • Develop communication channels – organize teambuilding activities to strengthen the relationship between employees.
  • Undertake other tasks as assigned that suitable the competence of the employee. These tasks will be assigned via a mutually agreed with the executive director. These will enable the company to achieve the best utilization of the human resources capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • University graduate.
  • Post graduate studies in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in a similar job.
  • Strong organization & planning skills
  • Dynamic and initiative person.
  • Thorough knowledge of local labor/ governmental rules and regulations.
  • High level of facilitation skills including interactive communication skills.
  • Managerial approach to handle conflicts.
  • Excellent knowledge of Arabic / English languages (written & spoken).
  • Good team player.
  • Computer practicality.
