Job Description

A qualified and knowledgeable Regulatory Specialist capable of understanding and interpreting legislation related to Avon’s CFT products in Name markets. Able to analyse technical test reports / documents with the ability to identify and escalate any areas of risk in constantly changed regulatory environment. Responsible for implementing and maintaining Regulatory compliance and providing guidance for regional and local business partners.

  • Coordinating products importation pharmaceutical release process including reviewing and providing the required products registration documents, handling labeling requirements for printing and over labeling process with supply chain team and handle ministry of health products weekly release visits and inspections, ensuring a smooth release process by handling the discussions and negotiations to solve any issues with MOH doctors to make the products available to be sold at the beginning of each campaign. 
  •  Handle the products analysis part of registration of products with ministry of health doctors in MOH laboratories including sampling and providing technical product file, fulfill any additional technical requests to ensure a timely and quick results are obtained to release hold products for analysis purpose in MOH to increase product availability.    
  • Collation and prepare all technical documents required for product registration (Soft files & Lab files) for Egypt, Morocco, Algeria and Saudi notifications on-line.  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biology or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
  • Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as internal and external clients
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines, and reporting
