Job Description
- To manage and lead the Presales activities and operations, providing clients with the required and/or recommended solutions adding value to the client
- Promotes GTS Systems’ image and culture internally & externally.
- Develops the pre-sales strategy to standardize the documentation’s system, technical proposal final layout and the archiving systems
- Acts as a consultant/advisor to the client on the complex technical issues and conduct presentations.
- Review and approve the preliminary offer for high value and complex solutions configuration.
- Transfers new lead whenever and opportunity arises to the Senior Partner Manager to conduct a research and follow-up on the outcome of the research
- Designs highly technical solutions and identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
- Reviews and approves the technical components of the proposals ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions, before submission to the sales team for final compilation.
- Reviews the technical aspect of the Project Implementation plan prepared by the Project Managers ensuring it is achievable and within the set time frame.
- Reviews and approves the checklist of the purchase order and validate its accuracy with the quotation obtained from the Purchasing & Order Processing team.
