Job Description

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
  • Answer phones in a professional manner, and redirect them or keep messages.
  • Admin assistant sales department.
  • Prepare a report  for the sales team
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Follow up the Company's cars schedule and maintenance
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Fluent in English
  • Presentable & eloquent speaker
