Job Description
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
- Answer phones in a professional manner, and redirect them or keep messages.
- Admin assistant sales department.
- Prepare a report for the sales team
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Follow up the Company's cars schedule and maintenance
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Fluent in English
- Presentable & eloquent speaker
