Job Description
- Develop effective solutions to meet business challenges and mitigate business risks.
- Create competency models.
- Develop team-building exercises and workshops.
- Assist in preparing job analysis & design descriptions and KPIs for each position.
- Assist in preparing departments job descriptions.
- Assist in preparing and updating all departments’ organizational charts in line with the department director.
- Conducting surveys, analysis, employee engagement and other learning exercises.
- Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
- Recommend training and development systems after identify performance gaps and determine training needs.
- Coordinate with employees to support their professional and personal development goals.
- Assist in preparing training programs, tools, and materials to improve employee skills.
- All other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of experience in which 3 years in same position
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Command of English.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Experience designing and implementing effective training and development programs.
- HR Diploma is preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven effective management skills.
- Strong presentation skills
