Job Description
- Drafting, Reviewing, and Editing contracts and Agreements, government and sales contracts and tender documents, Rents. etc.)..
- Prepare and present legal documents and required studies.
- Follows up on the changes in legislation and regulation related directly or indirectly to the organization activity.
- Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the organization.
- Provide legal advices and opinions to clients in corporate
- Analyze and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations with probable case outcomes for individuals and businesses.
- Performing specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a lawyer is responsible
Job Requirements
- Males Only
- Experience: +3 years ( IS A MUST )
- Graduate of Faculty of Law English or French.( IS A MUST )
- Alexandria Residence ( IS A MUST )
- Good Command Of English.
- Good Computer's Skills
- Recorded in the Egyptian Lawyers Bar.
- Ability to develop & amend various contract types
- Flexible and can work under pressure
- Having good documentation skills
- Previous Experience in working at Law Firms or Legal Departments in Companies
- We prefer a lawyer has a practical experience in the following Area :-
- Initiating Litigation Proceedings
- Initiating Arbitration Process
- Corporate Practice
- Contracts Drafting
- Approach Clients
- Pervious Practical Experience in several law branches Such as ( Civil -Insurance-Corporate's, Etc. )
