Job Description

  • Search for new clients who could benefit from our products and services in a designated sector Identify new opportunities for business Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients and prospective clients Plan and modify products to meet clients needs Collecting data for each project including consultant, contractors, competitors and end-user Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide sales support Preparing feasibility studies to clients, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients Prepare technical and commercial proposals and sales contracts Handle client queries and problems with other departments in the company to assure customer satisfaction Negotiate and manage conflicts using different approaches Establish new client list and maintain existing one Create long term relationships with clients and be sure that this relationship is based on Win Win situation Secure and renew orders , arrange delivery and follow collection with clients Prepare a variety of status reports, including weekly plan, weekly report, monthly report, on-going projects, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals Prepare market analysis report and needed actions, monthly report and sales forecast report to his direct manager Meeting sales targets Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Conduct meetings with builders, developers, and business owners that meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct interviews with customers to gather customer requirements and preferences for projects.
  • Prepares and presents proposals in a complete and professional manner, according to company standards.
  • Ensures all estimates are prepared and approved as needed prior to presenting to customer.
  • Sell work within approved margin guidelines to achieve targeted job costs and profit margins.
  • Responds to all inquiries and requests for bid in a timely manner.
  • Maintains record and tracking of all proposals in progress and timely follow-up to maximize sales opportunities. Aggressively pursues all proposals in progress.
  • Maintains a company-owned database of current customers, prospective customers and past customers to support the marketing and sales effort..
  • Maintain keen awareness and provides candid feedback on customer relationship and the customer’s perceptions of the product and service being provided, to maximize customer retention.
  • Communicate to appropriate parties any problem areas and work to find an immediate resolution.
  • Anticipate customer needs with positive solutions in a timely manner, assists in the sales of change orders and extra contracted work.
  • Produce billing documentation, conducting customer walk-through, and collecting payments if necessary
  • Represents Company at various events, organizations and associations for the purpose of building relationships that leads to new business. Acts in capacity of company representative and develop community ties to enhance public image and brand of the Company. Maintains positive relations with other companies in the industry and related industries.
  • Participates in various associations to increase knowledge of marketplace, sales opportunities, competition, selling techniques and best practices. Stay abreast of design trends and continues to increase technical knowledge within industry.
  • Provide feedback to appropriate parties regarding, pricing, competition and other market observations. Exploits changing market opportunities and responds to competitor strategies.
  • Provides feedback to the Marketing Department and offers recommendations regarding marketing strategies, materials and opportunities.
  • Is aware of billing and collection status on all projects/customers. Advises on credits or collections and works with production, customer to get any collection issues resolved for work sold.
  • Completes required paperwork and reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in the same field is A MUST.
  • Very good knowledge of computer programs
  • Excellence in English (Written & Spoken)
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Perfect Organization & Time Management Skills
  • More than 5 years Bachelors Degree at least Construction - Industrial Facilities and Infrastructure Construction - Residential & Commercial Office Engineering Services
