Job Description
- Reports to Factory Executive Director,
- Responsible for managing the Arçelik quality systems in line with the quality policy and objectives in the plant,
- Ensuring the customers’ way of thinking to spread into all quality points in the plant processes,
- Ensuring all the products produced according to certifications and international standards,
- Leading to organise and maintain affective incoming quality procedures for the components and outsourced parts,
- Leading to organise and maintain affective Supplier quality improvement audits,
- Involving to creat affective control points in the Production Processes with regards to customers feedback and Arçelik Quality Standards,
- Ensuring and setting up an affective after-sales data flow
- Leading to Analyse Service Call Rate data for keeping the field performance of the products on Arçelik Targets,
- Organising the team to follow up and set the processes to pro-actively estimate potential errors and take pro-actions,
- Participating the internal and outsourced system audits conducted for Quality standards,
- Deciding the shipment of the final products by ensuring Arçelik quality standards,
- Responsible for running an affective calibration system for all calibrated tools,
- Leading the closing steps for all corrective and preventive actions about quality standards,
- Coordinating with the Human Resources to train the plant’s employees according to quality standard needs,
- Leading to organise internal auditor trainings, as well as ensuring that such trainings are provided in the plant
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 8 years of Experience in quality in Manufacturing or production company
- ISO certification is a must
- Lean six sigma certification will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and management skills
- Excellent in English
