Job Description
Job Purpose
As a Front Desk Receptionist you will act as first point of contact of the company. Greet, welcome & direct company's visitors to requested personnel. Coordinate administrative duties such as receiving & distributing correspondence, answering & redirecting phone calls & maintaining reception area in a professional & presentable outlook.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at company premise.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate/requested person/office.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the concerned staff/department.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Schedule meetings.
- Manage Meeting Rooms Reservation.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience in an Office environment.
- Fluency in English Language.
- Excellent Communication & Stress Management skills.
- High ability to multitask.
