Lead, monitor and challenge the digital transformation process in different industries.

Qualifications and Requirements

Five years’ experience of engineering position in chemicals, Oil Gas, food industry or infrastructure.
Successful track record of being a team member as well as a team leader who works towards corporate goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of integrity always does the right thing and encourages others to behave in the same way.
Strong English language capability.
Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment during implementation projects.
Able to operate comfortably at a detailed as well as a strategic level.
Project Management skills will be an advantage.

Technical, Professional Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation
Information technology and digital transformation skills
Background in Process Industries, Manufacturing or Engineering Industry. Experience in presales within operational and design technologies together with sills in IT & digital transformation.
