Job Description
- Determine the amount, type, and distribution channel of cement according to the Client's needs.
- Create sales orders after Posting the concerning deposit receipts or bank transfer proofs.
- Prepare a daily sales and bank report.
- Preparing information requested by the Tax Authorities to control if the clients' tax payments are fulfilled and Validate all tax documents submitted by clients.
- Issuing Monthly invoices and Debit & Credit notes to customers.
- Operate Monthly clearing for customer balances and Perform account reconciliations.
- Maintaining price conditions & Freight conditions for all materials for all distribution channels on SAP.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Experience in a similar role from 2-4 years.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- ERP SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Skilled at developing presentable and accurate reports using excel.
