Job Description
- Oversee IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff
- Develop a strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure
- Develop and execute disaster procedures, and maintain data backups
- Manage and coordinates all IT related matters including data, wireless communications, mobile technology, security, cameras, and computer hardware and software
- Software and hardware support
- Ensure network components meet needs and work together seamlessly, using the full range of capabilities, and stay informed about new features and competitive solutions.
- Follow up It Team Every Day
- Follow up the troubleshoot networks and network devices solutions made by Junior IT
- Suggest upgrades to the current network
- Review solutions provided by Junior IT in connection issues that may arise
- Perform regular maintenance to the existing networks
- Train employees on both software and hardware troubleshooting, and provide technical support when needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience
- Good knowledge in SQL server
- MCSA/CCNA is a plus
- V. Good knowledge in VMware and virtual solutions (certification is a plus)
- V. Good knowledge with ITIL (Managing Helpdesk and Service delivery)
- V. Good knowledge in Backup Exec (veritas)
- Have a good knowledge in web site meta data and SEO and EMarketing
- Strong technical understanding of hardware and software
- Ability to improve processes and automate them
- Networking knowledge, certificates are a plus
- Documentation and reporting skills
