Namasoft is hiring an "ERP Application \ Technical Support Specialist" with the following responsibilities:
- Design reports using visual design tools.
- Helping clients achieve maximum utilization and addresses any issues they may face while run such a product.
- Collaborating with business owners to capture business requirements (remote and in person).
- Setting up & installing products in network environments.
- Manage multiple projects and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
Job Requirements
- Bsc of Commerce or equivalent degree.
- Aware of "Accounting Information Systems".
- Proficiency in MS Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle is a plus.
- Excellent communications, interpersonal & diplomacy skills.
- Good command in English.
- Ability to work towards strict deadlines.
