Job Description
- Develop new business Leads via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce our services.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
- Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within the system, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached and assign them to the sales team.
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Handle meeting reservations and appointments.
- Establish strong relationships with knowledge of relevant media and blogs to generate
- awareness of our services.
- Establish successful, productive relationships with client contacts
- In-depth understanding of social media tools and ability to implement social media programs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
- 1-2 years telemarketing/sales or related experience.
- Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent client service skills.
- Medical background is highly preferred.
