Job Description
- Monitor market trends, competitors, marketing efforts.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product & Sales) to establish growth strategies to support Capital Diesel's revenue goals.
- Create, manage, and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
- Develop and execute online campaigns to drive engagement and build brand awareness.
- Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Linked In, and YouTube) and drive content creation.
- Analyze all aspects of our conversion funnel, identify the largest areas for improvement, and implement creative strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Define the goals, core strategies, and most efficient tactics to drive cost-effective acquisition
- Suggest strategies, goals, and tactics to increase retention rates
- Report on KPIs monthly in meeting and identify future opportunities based on the data and analytics
- Enhance the growth tool stack, suggesting the optimum collection that is both affordable and brings its ROI
- You will be expected to execute your recommendations.
- Helping in producing effective digital ads and creatives.
- Analyze all outcomes from the campaign and provide conclusions.
- Establish and manage conversion funnels.
- Monitor, analyze, and act on performance and data.
- Report results and provide deliverables back to the marketing team & clients.
- Monitor technical web issues that may arise.
- Deliver internal reporting.
- Apply SEO techniques and ASO techniques to service portals.
- Create an opportunity matrix.
- Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
- Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
- Negotiate contracts and packages & media channels to close competitive deals
- Act as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events.
- Research customer experiences and demands.
- Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Prepare project budget, cash flow, and track project expense, and organize consultation meetings with clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Product Management role.
- Proven experience in building effective relationships (with internal and external customers).
- Presentation skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Marketing research and analytical experience.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling heavy equipment spare parts products is highly preferable.
