Job Description
- Communicates with universities, institutes, schools and unions to provide employment to meet the needs and to make job advertisements for the student base in the years specified for the program.
- Builds agenda and specific tasks for the trainees in order to prepare them for future appointment.
- Builds a plan for advertising, selection, testing and appointment of the program between the different departments and making the appropriate coordination between universities, schools and internal departments.
- Builds schedule for evaluating the implementation process of the training plan and analyze areas of improvement and the capacity of the project between the different departments.
- Follows-up the implementation of the contract for training for all geographical locations, as well as follow-up the weekly evaluation of students during the specified program period.
- Builds work procedures with the Performance Evaluation & Assessment Centers to test the trainees after the specified period of the program and identifying the targeted projects and hires.
- Follows-up of internal departments and external universities with the dates of selection and appointment of trainees during and after the program.
- Management and analysis of Satisfaction surveys and NPS for students and internal departments on-program experience and ROI.
- Builds a rotation program between relevant departments based on the target goals to build young professional calibers in the training session.
- Coordinates the appointments of successful trainees to the roles defined and the central and geographic administration.
- Performs other tasks assigned to him related to his work to achieve the objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or any relevant degree.
- 2-4 years of experience required of the job and the ability to absorb the target orientation of the company and work on it.
- Experience in dealing with university administrations and students of different ages and specializations .Experience in analyzing results and studying the business market and work Reports and analytical results.
- Experience in project management, good coordination and follow-up with different departments and institutions.
- Experience in working to raise the level of service for the internal and external customer and the quality of negotiation and persuasion.
- High efficiency in dealing with communication sites for business and applicants, and managing advertisements and forums for jobs in fitness, effectiveness and an honorable image.
- Efficiency in working with social media and various work sites and preparing for forums and seminars.
- Proficiency in Microsoft systems and working with Office, Physio and SAP is preferred.
- English language proficiency.
