Job Description
- Prepares reports, presentations, memos, minutes of meeting and correspondence.
- Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper-level staff.
- Serves as the go-to for office inquiries.
- Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Maintains staff confidentiality
- Working knowledge of email, scheduling, spreadsheets and presentation software
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:-
- Bachelor Degree
Verbal Communication/ Language skills:-
- Required: English.
- Preferred: Arabic.
- Any other language is an asset.
Written Communication Skills:-
- Required: English.
- Preferred: Arabic.
- Any other language is an asset.
IT Skills:-
- MS office is an asset
