Job Description

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with the key accounts from the operational perspective. 
  • Cleary handling the customer relationships between the customer and the company 
  • Handling the on-ground process in terms of events management, ticket sales and event organization. 
  • Enhancing the software to meet the customer needs 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related Discipline.
  • Experience from 1-3 years in organizing events.
  • Experience in Entertainment sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal, Negotiation, selling and operations skills.
  • Very good command of English & computer skills.
