Job Description
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with the key accounts from the operational perspective.
- Cleary handling the customer relationships between the customer and the company
- Handling the on-ground process in terms of events management, ticket sales and event organization.
- Enhancing the software to meet the customer needs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related Discipline.
- Experience from 1-3 years in organizing events.
- Experience in Entertainment sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, Negotiation, selling and operations skills.
- Very good command of English & computer skills.
