Job Description
- Identifies, develops and implements recruitment policies, practices and programs to meet organizational and executive management needs
- Provides interpretation and counsel to line and executive management regarding recruitment policies, programs and practices
- Develops and analyzes organizational resources needs and make plans accordingly
- Writes employment offer letters and contracts for selected candidates
- Oversees files and records for all candidates’ on an ongoing basis
- Liaises with recruitment agencies for supply of resources
- Analyzes the performance of recruitment process, and recruitment metrics and recommends changes and improvements
- Ensures all recruitment process adherence and recommends improvements
Job Requirements
- 2-4 years exp. in HR Preferred Recruitment
- Excellent English
- HR Diploma/ HR major is a Plus
