Job Description
- Implement catering sales plans to achieve revenue goals
- Conduct daily sales calls as per agreed plan / daily target
- Lead catering sales team as per sales plan to achieve sales target
- Develop positive working relationship with existing customers
- Develop strong customer relationship to widen customer
- Develop regular events to promote catering service to individuals & organizations
- Explore new business opportunities with all potential customers / all segments
- Ensure quality service & operation by building trustful and positive relationship with customers & co-workers.
- Follow-up with customers to get feedback on products and service post each event
- Prepare and present all required reports to the department head / management as required
- Represent both of the brand and management in all business events and exhibitions
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of managerial level previous experience
- 1-3 years of experience in catering or related foodservice industry
- 6 years overall experience
- Bachelor degree, languages (Very Good English & Ex. Arabic), male or female,
- Very Good computer skills
