Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic BTL Freelancer Sales Consultant (s) to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy and will directly report to COO. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

  • Develop new business with new clients or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Open new markets in deferent sections ( automotive, real estate, communications, FMCG,ect)
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Discuss briefs and designs with design studio to bring a design exactly matching with clients
  • Prepare reports on account status on company sales CRM

Job Requirements

  • Proven sales track record of 3+ years' experience in different sections ( automotive, real estate, communications, FMCG,ect)
  • Enough experience in BTL services ( exhibitions, Events, stands, commercial stores) design and production
  • Enough experience with BTL clients and accounts ( real estate, automotive , FMCG, communications )
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Presentable
  • Presentation Skills

  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
