Job Description
- Develop, monitor and oversee the region’s budget and financial, distribute monthly targets of branches, follow up and monitor the weekly and monthly Branches targets
- Analyze and improve cost-effectiveness; prepare, submit and justify budget updates to the Head of Branches and evaluate the effectiveness of the region by validating the final P&L
- Conduct strategic meetings with regional teams to set the goals and objectives to achieve the strategic plan.
- Attend Managers’ meetings to review the branches performance: sales achievements, marketing activities, staff training …and provide reports to top management in a concise informative manner
- Monitor and direct operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met in term of sales targets, margin and profit and take corrective action when necessary.
- Will be responsible for some areas like ( Delta, Upper Egypt ).
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the same position.
- Excellent command of English language, written and spoken.
- MS office.
- Bsc degree.
- Minimum Age 35.
- FMCG Experience is a must.
- Males Only.
