Job Description
- Specialist in Interior & Exterior Designs, Landscape, Artificial Fountains & Swimming Pools- Moderns & Antiques Furniture Design.
- We are looking for an artful Interior and Exterior designer.
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies particularly design programs.
- Responsible for organizing between the Design team, Site Team, Shop drawing team.
- Prepare design plans including electrical layouts, plumbing fixtures, ceiling, lighting, wall finishes, flooring, Painting, furniture, Cabinet, and all installations.
- Managing, reviewing progress, and delivering the client’s projects.
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in 3D architectural visualization.
- Experience in 2D and shop drawings.
- Professional in 3DMax, Photoshop, Corona Modeling, rendering, and post-production of high-quality visuals.
- Knowledge of Autocad, MS Office
- Extensive knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Extensive knowledge of materiality and finishes
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Must have a previous Design portfolio including 3D rendering.
