Job Description
- Process, administer and revise Payroll data and elements: earnings, deductions, timesheets, etc.
- Administer, track, revise and post travel-related expenses
- Coordinate with Banks to maintain a smooth and effective transfer process
- Compile and present periodic and ad-hoc reports
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks
- Support in the development of compensation programs to ensure that our pay is market competitive, internally equitable, and cost effective.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations
- Keep abreast with new Legislation, market trends and best practices in the field.
- Responsible for verbal and written communications related to compensation.
- Coordinate actively with Finance for proper budgeting and allocation of labor cost.
- Maintain confidentiality of work-related issues, records and company information.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Compensation function, preferably within the Technology or Engineering sectors
- HR certificate is a must.
- Previous experience working with Oracle EBS
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Sound knowledge of the Regulatory and Legislative related to Income Tax, Social Insurance
- Strong analytical skills with excellent ability to work with NUMBERS – a real number cruncher!
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task
- Good English and Arabic writing skills
