Job Description

You need to have an eagerness and passion to want to help customers. You are emphatic and able to solve problems ,You want to create a better life for many individuals at their homes.
 

  • Handling customers Keeping good records and documentation
  • Capable of anticipating and improvising so as fulfill unexpected users needs
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing Supervise orders
  • Communicate with the responsible department to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements 
  • You are responsible for managing tasks with our Marketing  Department, monitor and control day to day job tasks and ensure service performance standards, daily reporting of problem areas and to highlight specifics to the Installation manager and resolve accordingly.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years at least
  • Excellent in Using Microsoft is Must.
  • Organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • Fluent in English written and spoken
