An interesting opportunity in Home Appliances (Gas Cookers) manufacturing, for Dies and Steel Molds Engineer with the following JD and Qualifications:
Job Description
- Responsible for designing new STEEL Molding.
- Responsible for designing engineering changes on existing STEEL molds.
- Validate samples against design and manufacturing drawing.
- Support customer's needs in design and engineering.
- Maintain a high level of mold design and maintenance standards.
- Creating 2D mold layout assembly drawings and bill of materials.
- Generating 3D electrodes, along with 2D detail drawings and burn sheets for EDM.
- Ordering mold bases and standard components.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design and Production engineering.
- Proven working experience 5 - 10 years in home appliances manufacturing (Preferably in the STEEL mold building and design).
- Knowledge of Wire EDM and/or CNC machining technologies.
- CAD/CAM expert and Very Proficient 3D Solid Works STEEL mold design package or others (CATIA, NX, …etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
