Job Description
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales target
- Competent and committed to set a weekly plan and a weekly report in addition to setting quarter plan for all upcoming market potentials
- Full scientific background about company products
- Planning for efficient coverage for our target customers
- Seeking and Creating new sales opportunities
- Aggressive follow up for all customers
- Regular market & competitors feedback
- Preparing customer lists & very follow up with main stakeholders per each company(supply chain , purchase , research &development)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science
- 3-5 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical sales (is a MUST)
- Experience in similar companies is an added value
- Ability to find new market potential and create sales
- Knowledge regarding sales and marketing principles
- Good knowledge about the Egyptian Pharmaceutical market
- Ability to set a sales plan and setting kPIs
- Good selling skills and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to learn about various products, and display and share this knowledge in a confident manner
- Ability to find new potentials and satisfying customer needs
- Enthusiastic and result oriented to be able to meet and exceed the sales targets
- Good team work spirit
