Job Description
We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and team leadership in all areas of mobile application development.
- Maintain a productive software development team.
- Establish and ensure the execution of projects, delivering the highest quality systems that meet the business needs.
- Lead mobile team developers to build mobile applications for the Android/iOS / Flutter platform.
- Perform regular design and code reviews with development team members to confirm use of best practices and identify opportunities for one-to-one mentoring and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
- Work on bug fixing and improving applications performance.
- Manage source control activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years’ experience in developing mobile applications.
- 2+ years’ experience in leading development teams.
- Solid Experience in Android & iOS mobile apps development.
- Experience in Git source control.
- Experience in Agile Development Methodologies and object-oriented design techniques and principles.
- Good Knowledge in Flutter is preferred.
- Experience in backend development is a plus.
