Job Description
- Oversee the change analysis (stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis, training needs analysis) required to deliver on a digital transformation
- Address people risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
- Ensure that change readiness assessments are conducted
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people impact of change caused by transformation efforts
- Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the transformation and groups being impacted by the change
- Develop an actionable and targeted change management plan (including change leadership plan, communication plan, education and training plan and resistance management plan)
- Lead the team to integrate change management activities into the overall transformation efforts
- Lead and support the creation of the measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of changes
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with other parts of organization to develop plans and activities that support transformation implementation
- Ensure coordinated, consolidated and timely reporting of the transformation progress
Job Requirements
- 8+ Years of Experience in Banking Sector
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a branch manager
- Based in Cairo / Delta/ Upper Egypt is welcomed to apply
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in the coordination and running of large change management initiatives in a transformation setting
- Significant experience in senior stakeholder engagement and working with technical and non-technical staff
- Strong understanding and application of agile transformation setting aspect
- Knowledge of Agile values, principles and practices a plus
- Effective relationship management skills
- Excellent time management skills and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication, and presentation skills
